Dave Gibbs – President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Gibbs holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech has 48 years experience and has held executive and senior management positions in several successful independent oil companies, including roles on the senior management team of Superior Oil through its merger with Mobil, as well as Union Texas Petroleum through its sale to NERCO. As CEO of TDC Energy, Dave also built a highly successful offshore Gulf of Mexico development company from 1992 to its merger in 2005. Dave has also served as President of Medco Energi, US, Southern Star Energy and Terrace Energy prior to forming Mission Creek in 2018. 

 

Mike Patrick -  Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Patrick holds a Master of Professional Accounting (MPA) degree from Louisiana Tech University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of Texas. Mr. Patrick brings over 32 years of experience working with energy companies on their accounting, financial reporting, planning and cash management needs.  Mr. Patrick has held executive positions with two major energy companies and previously was a senior manager with Arthur Andersen.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and is accredited by the AICPA in Business Valuation (ABV).

 

Chris Rogers – Director of Operations

Mr. Rogers has more than 25 years of industry experience and previously served as the Production Operations Manager at Bonanza Creek Energy. Mr. Rogers joined Bonanza Creek in 2008 and served in various leadership roles in the field and midstream operations including drilling more than 200 wells and expanding midstream infrastructure to include cryo plants and nitrogen rejection. Mr. Rogers serves on the board of director of the Arkansas Independent Producers & Royalty Owners, and the Arkansas Energy Education Foundation. Mr. Rogers attended South Arkansas Community College.
